Mid-Wilshire Residence

Located in the Mid-Wilshire neighborhood of Los Angeles this single family home was built in 1926. The mediterranean style home had numerous additions and remodels over the years leaving a disconnected patchwork of architectural spaces and styles. This project consisted of an exterior and interior remodel of the home, including reconfiguring the floor plan, a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and new finishes. The final result is a connected functional floor plan and a cohesive architecture more attune to the original home and the client’s lifestyle.
